A few clear terms.

These terms describe the AIPhotoRetouch photo-editing service. By submitting a photo or purchasing a plan, you agree to the applicable service and purchase terms shown at that time. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Who operates the service

AIPhotoRetouch is operated by Marwan Akhandaf. For product support or a privacy request, email info@aipgen.com.

Your photos and permitted use

You retain your rights in photos you upload. You grant the limited processing permissions necessary to store, edit and return your photos through our service providers. Upload only material you have the right and necessary permissions to process. Do not submit unlawful, exploitative, abusive or nonconsensual material, in a photo or a written instruction, or use the service for impersonation, fraud or deceptive evidence. Written instructions cannot request identity changes, extra people, added lettering, watermark removal or sexual content. Designated looks can use their own supplied text or consented extra photos and may deliberately change apparent age or illustration style, as described in the editor.

AI results

AI edits can contain errors, change features or invent details. Review every result before use. Restoration and colorization are interpretations, not proof of historical appearance. A look applies a style to your own photo; its example images are community examples or illustrations, and your result will differ from them. For looks that combine several photos, add only people who agreed to it. Looks that change apparent age, translate text or redraw a sketch are interpretations; check them before relying on them. Results are not guaranteed to satisfy a particular professional, identification or evidentiary requirement. Available actions and supported output dimensions are shown in the editor.

Credits and subscriptions

Quality actions and looks use 3 credits per successful job; background removal uses 1. Credits are reserved when a job starts and consumed after a result is successfully prepared. A technical failure releases its reservation. An automatic provider fallback for the same job does not consume a second set of customer credits. A new requested edit starts a new job at its displayed credit cost.

Weekly includes 15 credits per paid week at €5.00 per week. It renews every week until canceled. Unused weekly credits expire at the end of the paid week. Starter includes 60 monthly credits and Pro includes 150. For new subscriptions, the monthly base price is €16.95 or €34.75 respectively; annual billing is €169.50 or €347.50. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed pricing. Annual plans release the same allowance in twelve monthly windows. Unused credits on monthly and annual plans expire at each monthly reset. Base prices are in EUR before tax. Where supported, Stripe offers local-currency payment; any currency conversion, applicable tax and the final payment total appear at checkout. No automatic overage charges apply.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at their stated interval unless canceled. Cancel the next renewal through the account's billing portal. Cancellation preserves the remaining paid term and its applicable monthly allowance windows. Plan or billing-interval changes, where offered, take effect at the next renewal and are disclosed before confirmation. A failed renewal does not grant a new unpaid allowance.

Payments through Link

Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link under the purchase terms displayed at checkout. Link handles transaction support and applicable indirect taxes for supported transactions. You can manage your subscription from our billing portal and contact Link support about a payment or refund. We remain responsible for providing the photo-editing service and product support.

Refunds and billing issues

Technical job failures return application credits. A credit return is distinct from a cash refund. Cash refunds, where approved or required by applicable law, are processed separately and can reverse remaining allowances associated with the refunded payment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Payment disputes may temporarily hold the disputed purchase's remaining allowance while the payment is reviewed.

Photo retention and account deletion

Photo retention and processor limitations are explained in the privacy policy. Deleting your account ends your subscription immediately, stops future renewals and removes access to remaining credits and this application's photos. Required billing and security records can remain. Download the results you want to keep before deletion or expiry.

Availability and changes

Processing depends on provider availability, content rules and service limits. A job may fail or take longer than expected. We may pause requests to enforce published credit limits, protect the service or investigate abuse. Material changes to paid terms will be disclosed before they apply, subject to applicable law.
